Developed by IPTM to meet the demanding standards taught in our Internal Affairs class as well as standards set forth by the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA), IA Trak allows agencies to keep track of personnel conduct and performance issues with ease.  

The system tracks Internal Affairs Investigations as well as Use of Force, Pursuits, Employee Crashes, Prisoner Injuries and more.  Early warning alerts may be customized by the agency to have investigators warned when an employee reaches a minimum threshold, possibly averting potential problems. 

The system also comes with several reports and full color charts designed to provide the investigative unit with information as well as statistical analysis.  Case investigations can be logged and tracked from beginning to end, maintaining a chronological order of all facets of the investigation time line.  IA Trak is also available as a Client/Server version using Microsoft SQL Server.
