Report Trak is IPTM's forms based Reporting System that provides offense reporting for officers in the field.  Report Trak comes standard with a complete Offense/Incident Report and Field Contact Report.  Additional forms can be added to the system to meet the needs of the agency. 

Report data is imported directly into the Police Trak Records Management System once the report has been submitted to the server and the approval process has been completed.  Reports can be submitted via removable storage, such as a floppy diskette, zip disk or USB micro-drives.  Report Trak can also take advantage of any File Transfer Mechanism available to the client computer in wireless and disconnected environments.
