IPTM has been offering quality, cost effective training to law enforcement since 1980. During those thirty years, the Institute expanded its operations to include developing and supporting a variety of software products for use in the criminal justice field. These products were designed, developed and maintained by a staff of IPTM programmers and support personnel.

Due to the retirement of key personnel within the Software Division, IPTM will not be entering into any new contracts for software sales and/or support. We have negotiated an agreement with Mr. Robert McNeal to assume responsibility for all future software sales and on-going support of all current contracts through his company, EMCS, effective immediately.

Mr. McNeal was the coordinator of the software division from 1999-2010. He played an integral role in the development and support of all of IPTM’s software products. IPTM and Mr. McNeal are working together closely to ensure this is a smooth, seamless transition.
