If you were unable to join IPTM for our 2010
Special Problems in Traffic Crash Reconstruction conference, we have
assembled a DVD for you highlighting the videos and pictures of the four staged
collisions as well as the presentation materials from our speakers.
The vehicles involved in each of the collisions
are listed below:
Crash 1: 1981 Dodge Ram & 1998 Ford Contour LX
Crash 2: 1989 Mercedes Benz 300E & 1999 Nissan Xterra
Crash 3: 1996 Chrysler Concorde LXI & 1993 Mercury Topaz GS
Crash 4: 1992 Ford Taurus & 1999 Dodge Intrepid
Videos and photo albums are organized by
collision, so you can easily navigate to any crash using a drop down menu. You
can view pre- and post-crash pictures of both vehicles as well as videos of the
collisions taken from different camera angles in normal and/or slow speeds by
clicking the appropriate buttons.
The DVD also includes PDFs of each speaker’s
reference material. A number of presenters also provided additional files -
movies, PDFs, spreadsheets, graphs and other relevant data - and all their
