Nathan Shigemura is a certified crash reconstructionist by
the State of Illinois and holds full accreditation from the Accreditation
Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction (ACTAR). Apart from his official
duties, he performs crash analysis for both prosecution and defense in civil
cases. Mr. Shigemura has been a certified instructor since 1985 and has been an
adjunct instructor for IPTM since 1989, teaching courses in all levels of crash
investigation and reconstruction.
