RETURN / REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. There will be no returns or refunds on items unless the return/refund is the result of our error (you received an incorrect,
defective or damaged item, etc.). If this is the case, contact IPTM’s Publications Department within 30 days from delivery, and we'll pay the
return shipping costs. We will (at our discretion) either replace or refund the defective product once the item has been returned to us. Requests
for returns or refunds on items that are more than 30 days after delivery will not receive any exchanges or refunds.
