When choosing your shipping
method, please note that IPTM
will not be responsible for lost
or damaged items shipped via
the U.S. Postal Service as we
have no way of tracking these
shipments. You will need to
contact your local Post Office
if you have a problem.
PROCESSING TIME:
Standard shipping usually ships
within 24-48 hours. Rush orders
received before 1:00 pm will ship
that business day, while orders
received after 1:00 pm will be
shipped the following business
day. The above times are based
on Eastern Standard Time (EST)
and on normal business working
days. Our hours of operation are
Monday thru Friday,
8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
